Pilates on the Reformer increases and supports overall fitness, and increases spinal strength and stability to enhance everyday activity. This class focuses on core strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance throughout the body.

The Tower apparatus is attached to the Reformer, offering a more stable surface from which to work. Sit, stand, or lie down while working with resistive springs to build strength, flexibility, and muscle endurance.

Come and work out, realign, and tone with me! In this class, the instructor will be on a machine, working out with you. You will be watched and corrected, but the instructor will participate in the exercises on her own machine. Best for clients with experience in Pilates on the reformer, and for those who need fewer modifications. For newcomers, or those that need a closer eye, try the Pilates Reformer class!
